Umm see I would consider that not suitable for his age and get rid of it. I mean if one of them fell with it in their mouth think of the danger of it getting swallowed or pushed down their throat.. Yep yep definitely not age appropriate

Oh I do… I feed my kids Pixie Sticks and Red Bull before sending them too preschool.
