One Thing Children are Good at… Entertainment

by Jen on January 24, 2012

My children never fail to entertain me.

Why just one afternoon when they went out to play in the snow and I was totally entertained by their antics.

Yeah, sledding on a snow board. This is a great idea… not!

Aw, they are going to work together. That is so nice.

Oh, Jake. That boy…

When there is teamwork, you must quote the Wonder Pets!

Ok, now she is using her head… make the boy do the heavy lifting.

But this boy gets distracted easily.

And apparently, needed a nap.

Now I don’t feel so badly about taking a nap in the carpool line…

I love watching kids figure stuff out. Their train of thought is always hilarious.

My daughter gets so mad when her brother doesn’t follow her instructions!

Oh Claire does that too. Her brothers just HAVE to listen to her… well in her world at least.

That is too cute–especially where they are carrying the snow board together. And your homage to the Wonder Pets? Perfect.

Holy crap, that’s a whole lotta snow!!!! Claire cracks me up….letting her brothers do all the hard work!!

My kids used to quote the Wonder Pets all the time too. But now they quote stupid phrases from Bakugan. Not sure which is worse.

Wonder Pets are on the way out… it’s now Pokemon, Bey Blades and Bakugan here too.

I’m hoping Jessie doesn’t get into the Wonder Pets like Maggie did. We have one of their toys and that is enough!

Very cute, though, playing in the snow. I think every little girl knows how to add that inflection to a boy not doing what he’s told :)

Isn’t it amazing how creative kids can get when there’s a little snow involved? And yet how easily they give up when their plans aren’t working…

Love these pictures!!
