First, set up a Christmas tree with lots and lots of shiny, sparkly, fun ornaments.

Then for weeks on end, tell them that they can’t touch the tree or its lovely inhabitants.
Lastly, if you want to really, really want to push the envelope and drive those toddlers
(and their mother)

Add presents with fun colored bows on top and tell them that they can’t touch them.
To drive others in the house crazy, make sure that you repeat the warning to not touch the presents 50 million times and make the toddlers wait as long as possible to open said presents.
Then and only then will it be a very fun time.
